Second to none:Latest-Generation 8.5W Waveguide Mixer

HCP has been dedicated itself for decades to technologies of wavelength conversion based on Periodically Poled Nonlinear Materials-- MgO:PPLN/PPLT Bulk/Waveguide crystals and fiber packaged mixers. We believe the improvement of technology will bring people closer while empowering all to solve the world’s greatest challenges of well-beings and sustainability in environment. Therefore, we keep looking for ways to achieve the ultimate goal.

After we introduced the 5W fiber-coupled waveguide mixer at LASER World of PHOTONICS 2022 in Munich, now, we proudly introduce the latest >65% conversion efficiency PPLN waveguide frequency converters for SHG 8.5W@780nm, free spaced and 7W all fiber-coupled . It is generated with input power of 13W at C-band. The waveguide solutions with high power endurance in compact footprints are realized by HCP's mixers (60 or 70x25x10.5 mm^3).

With this high-power waveguide mixers, we believed they would play an important & critical roles to the growing quantum market as well as advanced scientific fields. Instead of lab-designed demo unit, this is a fully commercialized device with trustable stability. With its superb efficiency (>53%) and high-power sustainability, a pump of 13W CW can effectively generate 7W fibered output with SHG conversion (with free space output, 8.5W 780nm, >65% conversion efficiency is achievable!). This enables abroad array of innovative applications at Quantum, Industrial Productivity, Bio & Medicine, Spectroscopy & Environment, Space & Defense, Science & Research, etc. It is also easily to have synchronized multiple-arm outputs with PM splitters to enable new innovations and applications. At the time when everybody is talking about ESG, we believe we are walking on the right path as this new device is expected to be cornerstone for applying to other wavelengths.
