      Temperature controller, oven, & IR sensing card

      Temp. control set

      Temperature control set is specifically designed for thermal management of different kind of non-linear crystals including bulk and waveguide such as PPLN, PPLT, PPKTP, KTP and etc. Temperature controller, TC-038D, goes along with different ovens (OV-30D, OV-50D, WG OVENs) with extreme temperature tunability up to 200 deg. C and stability. TC-038D is programmable, with the common I/O interface through USB connection.

      Chip Mounting

      HCP provides both standard and customized holders to support your handling of nonlinear crystals. Together with our oven and temperature controller, the chip holder provides required temperature uniformity.

      IR sensing card

      HCP provides various unique IR sensing cards (Infrared Visualizers; Infrared Viewer; Laser Viewing Cards; Near Infrared (NIR) Sensor Cards) with PVC laminated to prolong the lifetime. OEM/ODM orders with your own company logo and design are also welcome.

    • PPLN chip holder

      Different chip holders designed to load nonlinear crystals especially PPLN/PPLT are available: regular types, femto series and WG. The regular chip holders have variable Teflon clips to hold chips with arbitrary width ranging from 1mm to 40mm and are compatible with our oven OV-30D, OV-50D or OV80D.

      The Femto series PPLN chip (extreme short PPLN) will be shipped on mount with CD type (~3g) or fs 9605/9610/1410.

      WG holder is specially designed for waveguide chips operated with Oven set to allow lens to be very close to waveguide channel facet for easy coupling.
